It takes a rare kind of strength to stand before the world and still wear a smile after everything I’ve faced. I am vulnerable, yes, because of my disability, and I know that makes me an easy target, especially with the light I carry inside. But I stand before you, smaller in stature, yet with a heart as mighty as a lion. It would take an immense amount of energy to bring me down.
