Through these experiences, I’ve learned to organize my emotions, refusing to give away my power to anyone else’s outbursts. I am the controller of myself, and no matter the trauma I’ve faced in the past, I’ve walked through it, piecing my heart back together, forming shapes of strength from the brokenness.
